This means that you store for all kinds of gross-out gags, a pair of stern-pun to a close on a little penis (I'm not kidding). The filmmakers keep making them squirm in their seats to the public, either because of a difficult situation or an act of corruption. This is not the raunchiest skirt I've ever seen on film, but it certainly strive to be.
