Shawn Levy (Cheaper by the Dozen, Just Married) directs the sequel to his hit movie Night at the Museum. Night guard Larry Daley (Ben Stiller), now a successful entrepreneur, returns to the Museum of Natural History, to visit friends - the exhibition to life at night - only to learn that they have been transported from the deep storage of the Smithsonian Institution. To make matters worse, the exhibits at the Smithsonian, including the Pharaoh Kahmunrah (Hank Azaria), suddenly came to life - and they arena? T at all happy about the new visitors. Determined to save his friends, Larry hurry Washington, DC, and makes his way to the inner workings of the largest museum complex in the world, while newcomers like Kahmunrah Ivan the Terrible (Christopher Guest), Napoleon (Alain Chabat), and Al Capone (Jon Bernthal). Larry, meanwhile, finds himself in a brave Amelia Earhart (Amy Adams), as co-conspirator and lover, and General Custer (Bill Hader), which is the Battle of the Smithsonian.
